Canceling services, return equipment

I need to receive the return mail addresses for the purpose of returning the 2 TV receivers. I am leaving Florida on the 19th of December. Please send the address labels for the return of this equipment by Friday, December 16. If I do not receive these address labels by that date, I will need a representative to call me or visit me at my current address in order to get those receivers. Please let me know what you can do to get those return addresses to me so that I can return the receivers.

I went through procedure recommended and had no results. So I unplugged waited 10 minutes and plugged it in again and the problem is solved.

My tv gets voice no pictures initially I get a flicker, and then the screen goes blank with voice only.

DO NOT GET ADVERTISED INTERNET SPEEDS

Our condo associate switched internet providers from Xfinity to Hotwire. Was told our internet speeds would be up to 1 gig.

With previous service, we got up to 600 Mbps. With Hotwire, we can clearly see the speed is much slower than we had. Not just slower, not reliable either. We had technicians come and they did a few things that really did not make any difference.

If we run Hot-wires speed test, it shows super fast service. If we run ANY other speed test, they range from 250-350 Mbps. We do not need a speed test to tell us this. The speed or lack of it is clear.

I told Hotwire that I have an Ebay business and my son does online schooling and gaming. We need fast and reliable internet. They promised it. They cannot do anything else.

We are not getting even close to the speeds we are paying for. We are going to have to switch back to our old service.

Sounds like you never upgraded off the HOA package. The package provided by the HOA is not 1 gig.

Hotwire does offer up to 1 gig though. 250 Mbps is their low tier that comes standard with hoa.

1 gigabit is the highest tier and is extra. I pay 52.50 for it and get get the advertised speeds.

Very insulting reply. Of course we upgraded to 1 gig.

Had techs at home three times to fix issue. People are not as ignorant as you think they are.

We got Hotwire three years ago because HOA wanted cheapest service available. Two years after my tv and internet still did not work. Now it works because I switched back to Xfinity myself

Paper channel guide request

I tried to get a channel TV and cable guide in paper form which we had when we obtained Which we lost and I tried online to find it and print it with no vale. I called and I spoke to two agents and I could not get the guide sent to me and I was forwarded again to the online site and so far I am unsuccessful. Everything is working well with Hotwire Communication on our TV Internet cable etc. and this was just a simple request and so far I have not got results. Not a big deal if you cant do it its fine.

Overcharged and bills keep coming with service already canceled

Horrible, horrible customer and billing service. Recently I have found out that they have been overcharging me for security service for over 2 years, internet service for several months, and after I disconnected my TV service, they keep charging me for TV service. This is the third month I spent countless hours on the phone (just today 4h) and they do not address my problems. After discussion with a manager, everything looked corrected, but the Bills keep coming with TV service I do not have and overpriced Internet and security. Absolutely helpless customer service. Do not use this company, safe yourself a lot of headaches, and NEVER set autopayment.

My channels are not the ones I'm to have

Nothing against hotwire. My remote wasn't working when I spoke with the tech. When able, tried suggestion, which didn't work. Need to call back. If the remote worked, or I called back, problem would be solved

Wouldn't refund my flight

Shortly after making a flight reservation, I proceeded to cancel it. Instead, a "temporary shutdown" prevented me. The two options were change or cancel. It allowed me to change the flight, but blocked me from canceling it. Customer service was absolutely awful, promising an agent would resolve it, but they never even called back. Hotwire refused to admit their "temporary shutdown" and I was out the cost of my flight. Never use Hotwire! In fact, later checking American Airlines, the cost of the flight was the same and they are reputable!

Great Service

I would like to comment on a special employee of yours. I would like to compliment your installer, Donavan for a what a great installer that he is.

He really knows his stuff. He is knowledgeable and has patience of Job. (Job in the Bible) lol. He explains everything with patience with senior citizens like me.

He polite, kind, respectful and courteous. He is definitely an asset to your company. He has great expertise in his field of work. I hope that you pass this along to him and his supervisor.

In today's society young people do not display this type of work ethic like Donavan.

He has and displays exemplary work ethics.
