For the last 3 months I've been trying to get my bill corrected. On the first bill they over charged me and never applied a $50 credit for their technician never showing up or calling me when my service was being installed.
After several phone calls one of their Supervisors was extremely rude and kept talking over me.
He was so condescending! Then to be even more rude he put me on hold and never came back on the phone.
