Worst internet company on the planet. Installed on a Friday, out on Saturday and still waiting for a repair on Tuesday. Don't buy their verbage about speed and quality. No internet and no service is no speed and no quality.

To resolve some undone issues

How do I get to set up an id and password on the website so that I can view my bills and set them up for payment. We purchased 2870 Cypress Trace Circle Unit 1712 Naples Fl 34119 at the end of February and were given no information. I grabbed what sounded like a good deal the place was a real sty. Dirty dirty fans(Cobb webbed and dirt right there) bed did not fit its encasement,and every time you got up to go to bathroom youd wing your leg(had bruises from that) the refrigerator screamed(had to unplug that) I felt gross in there. I have pictures to prove my stay was yuck filled.

On hold for 2 hours

I had a service call today between 4-6pm and at 6:09 I got a call that we did not answer door. Not possible. We have glass doors and we were sitting in front of them. I have been on hold for 2hrs trying to reschedule asap. I we have work tomorrow and have no Internet.

New customer who loves the quality of signal....service in all areas, phone response, chat, appointments, is weak. One hand does not know the the other is doing

Sales rep says site is ready for installation, installer says need base moulding. then moulding installed and installer shrugs and says this is not the way was like to install. Connects two of three tv's because one has missing power cord. but does not leave tv box for the third. Now on hold for 15 minutes to order one. Tried chat "with a real agent" which is just a programed response to words. Did not read my statement above. When did this problem start. What model and age is your tv. This company is run like a too rapidly growing start-up

I went to my email to get the verification code 927101 of my email to send my concern and my time was complete. This is terrible. I can't get sound on my Zoom meeting both on my computer and iPad . Terrible remote

The remote with lights only lights up after you press a button in the dark It should light up when you pick up the remote or have a on switch.
