No issues with service. It has been very good

I've had Hotwire now for 6 months and I'm not going to claim zero issues, but every issue has been worked on and researched as well as resolved. Not every issue is fixed in 5 minutes some took a few hours.

The entire time Customer service worked with me and kept me informed. When things were resolved, they double checked and provided appropriate credits to my account. No one company is going to be perfect, but Hotwire is definitely trying. The picture quality for similar service is better and sharper.

The internet speeds have surpassed anything I got from my previous provider. I guess some people expect everything perfect out of the box vs giving people a chance to work and resolve issues.

Reason of review: Good customer service.

I liked: Customer service call answering, Internet speeds, Tv picture quality.

I didn't like: Limited on demand.

This person sounds like a paid "consumer ". Hotwire is the worst broadband provider I've ever had. Even the cable company in an apartment complex has better customer service than these folks.
