agreed.I'm in the exact same boat..

this company is rediculous. Worst customer service on the planet.. terrible company. I live in the city where Comcast is headquarted and if not for our rediculous building contract, I would opt for either xfinity or fios in a heartbeat.

Internet is insanely slow.. they don't even try to fix the problem. Got a letter that they were going to fix the service or "improve" it (i.e. maybe bring the service from slower than dial up to dsl).

Unbelievable how they are allowed to stay in business. It should be illegal for apartment owners to restrict tenants to using a specific service against their will... ESPECIALLY if the company is as terrible as this one.

Why should Hotwire care about customer service when they have guarenteed captive customers.Terrible company that needs to go bankrupt or have a class action suit filed against them asap.

This person wrote the review because of not as described at Hotwire Communications. Reviewer claimed that he or she lost $500 and wants Hotwire Communications to "remove exclusive contract clause with apartment complex. that will force you to have better customer service and a better quality product because you don't have either and you couldn't care less because you have a contract".

The reason for the exclusivity contract is that the owner of Hotwire is also the owner of the building.
